Thresholds Art Examen

Join us as we use the Examen prayer practice to reflect on any thresholds we may find ourselves at. We will make space to listen to what the Spirit is inviting us into and then use the creative expression of art journaling to integrate the invitation into our heart and lives. No experience necessary. Art journaling is about the process, not the result. Materials will be provided. Bring your art journal if you have one. If not, large paper will be provided.
