Sacred Earth Sacred Soul Book Study

Join spiritual director and a wild church leader, Mindy Braun, for a book study on Sacred Earth Sacred Soul by John Philip Newell. We will meet weekly for 4weeks on Friday at 1:00pm PST

Through Sacred Earth Sacred Soul, we will be introduced to “Celtic wisdom for reawakening to what our souls know and healing the world”. We will begin each session with a brief contemplative reading from the chapter we are covering and then open it up to sharing our “a-ha” moments. There are 9 chapters so we will read a chapter a week to complete the book by November 3rd. Please have Chapter One & Two read by Friday, October 6th.

Oct 13th – Chapters 3 & 4

Oct 20th – Chapters 5 & 6

Oct 27th – Chapters 7-9

Mindy Braun has found God in nature for as long as she can remember. She expresses this most recently as a wild church leader of Wild Journey since December 2022. She is first a mystic and then other roles include wife, mom, spiritual director, health coach and Executive Director of Journey Center Santa Rosa. She embraces the 5 pillars of Celtic spirituality and seeks to incorporate them into her daily life: Silence, Study, Art, Nature, and Soul Friends. The redwoods are her people and you’ll also find her paddle boarding whenever she gets the chance.
