Encounter God - Be Renewed
We will spend a few hours walking in nature, noticing the changes that autumn brings. How might what is happening in the natural world give you insight into your own interior during this season of your life?
Fall is a season of paradox; of relinquishing what no longer serves us yet reflecting on what we are harvesting from dreams planted in another season. Through observation, reflection, dialogue and creativity, we will explore the gifts that Autumn brings.
The walk will be 2-3 miles over gently rolling terrain with opportunities to pause fora contemplative practice. Hills to vistas have an elevation gain of 250 feet or less.
Bring sturdy shoes, a water bottle and rain gear. The walk will happen rain or shine. Walking sticks can be helpful and cameras and binoculars are encouraged.
Meet at the parking area near the rest rooms at Riverfront Regional Park 7821 Eastside Road, Healdsburg at 1:30 – 4 pm Sunday, November 21st. $7 parking fee or parks pass.
Let’s saunter together!
