Parts Work Conversation Group

Maybe you have been introduced to parts work such as Internal Family Systems and desire to have conversation with others who “get it”. This group desires to create space for each of us to come with our curiosity and experiences of parts work. We will begin with a grounding/centering practice and a reading of some kind to open our conversation with each other. Through conversation we can share our experience, our questions, and our learnings to then receive and learn from others as they share their experiences.

It will be helpful if you have some familiarity with the language of parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS).*  There are many resources on the internet if you’d like to explore.

We will begin by meeting monthly with these dates:

Wednesday, April 10th

Wednesday, May 15th

Wednesday, June 12th

We will gather for 60 minutes at 3pm PDT/6pm EDT
