Join Mindy at Helen Putnam Regional Park at 411 Chileno Valley Road, Petaluma for a 2-3 mile contemplative hike with hills. We begin in silent reflection as we walk and then share what we’ve noticed along the way. Families are welcome and dogs are allowed. $7 parking fee or a regional parks pass.
