How Can Our Bodies Deepen Our Connection to the Holy?

Join us for an exploration of ways in which we can deepen our communication with God through the use of our bodies in prayer.

We will be introduced to some examples of embodied prayer and we will each have the opportunity to creatively put movement to a song or poem or Scripture on our own and in small groups.  This can be joyous and life-giving as well as an opportunity to express sorrow, lament or desire.
