Creating Visio Divina from Within

Join us for a mini retreat in this new year to listen deeply to what Spirit is inviting you into. Through contemplative practices such as lectio divina, visio divina, terra divina and collage, you will be invited to explore how God is showing up in your life and what your response may be. Facilitated by spiritual director Betsy Burdick, we will meet in an art studio at Art & Soul of Sebastopol and also wander in nature at the nearby Laguna Uplands. Light snack will be provided. Please bring water, any art supplies you’d like to use and a journal. Art supplies for collage will be provided. 20% discount for purchase of supplies at Art & Soul Sebastopol
