Encounter God - Be Renewed
Come join Brendan and Calen Swift to sing classic carols and enjoy a contemplative evening of Celtic harp.
Harpist Brendan Swift is honored to return to the Journey Center for the second year in a row, and excited to bring in his sister, Calen, as the evening’s singer. Raised in a musical family at the Bishop’s Ranch in Healdsburg, Calen and Brendan have always especially loved sharing music over the holidays. Brendan studied with the late, great Celtic harp revivalist, Chris Caswell, and is a fixture at Alasdair Fraser’s legendary fiddle camps. Quebec-based fiddler Laura Risk writes, “Brendan’s music-making, on both harp and piano, is sensitive, eloquent, and thoughtful. He has a deep knowledge of music and takes great joy in sharing it with others.”
